You can use 6 different colours to manage the items in the efficient way. Lets say: green items are Your private and brown ones are for the job. Or the other way round? You decide. Also set reminders for Your items very quickly. Never again forget the things to buy, to do or quick ideas. Do not let them go away! For different iPhone devices with the same Apple ID the items will be synced automatically.
